Our Vision

The Catholic Leadership Foundation envisions a generation of Catholics whose faith is shaped and nurtured by God’s Word and who are led by leaders who willing and humbly "cast their nets" in response to Jesus's call to evangelise in new ways and who collaborate in a spirit of synodality.

Friends of the Foundation support the work of The Foundation and contribute to the education and formation of Catholic lay leaders who we believe will exercise ever more influential leadership within the Church. Friends help guide its early development. Friends will also be invited to consider how they could be more directly involved in ways including:

  1. Becoming a mentor for those leaders undertaking the Into the Deep Program

  2. Writing one or more short reflections for our fortnightly newsletter

  3. Posting and responding to posts sharing ideas and information as a member of an online professional learning community created at catholicleadershipfoundation.org

  4. Praying for our Foundation and those for whom it seeks to provide education and formation

Friends of the Foundation will have access to formation opportunities themselves and be invited to events funded by The Foundation.
